Telephone operator hours are: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

 

A Registered Nurse will assist you with your medical problems and help you make an informed medical decision.  If needed a medical appointment will be scheduled for you.

 

After hours your call will be answered by the Dallas VAMC Telephone Linked Care (TLC).  Information gathered by the Dallas TLC nurse is relayed to the Health Center TLC and proper follow up will be taken as it relates to concerns presented to the Dallas TLC.

A patient service assistant will be able to cancel, schedule or reschedule your appointment.

 

No walk in clinic or Emergency room Services are available.

 

During other than duty hours the Health Center’s message service will take your message and relay information to the VA on the next working day for the follow up action by patient service assistant personnel.
