Born July 6, 1919 in Pecos, Texas, Dr. Gordon Black is a legend in the halls of the El Paso VA. At nearly 97 years of age, Black still serves Veterans working one day a week in the Radiology Department.
David Strickland, formerly Staff Sergeant Strickland, is hailed as Popcorn Man at El Paso VA and sometimes in the aisles of the commissary on Fort Bliss.
Strickland began volunteering with the El Paso VA in 2009.
Emilia Campos, PhD, ABPP is enthusiastic about the skills the next generation of mental health providers are developing during internships, practicums and on-the-job training at the El Paso VA Health Care System.
